A few helpful answers

Before you log in.

What does “intake in minutes” mean?

It means using AI for the first pass: reading supported documents, extracting key information, and organizing it into records for review. Timing depends on document volume, type, and quality. Final review, primary-source verification, and payer enrollment are separate steps.

Who is CredentialingHQ for?

Credentialing teams and practice administrators who need a clearer way to organize provider and practice information, review issues, and track credential expirations.

How does it work with Google Drive?

Your organization connects a Google Drive intake folder. CredentialingHQ processes new files from that folder and stores structured records with links back to their sources. Source-document bytes are processed in memory rather than saved by the application.

Which files can it process?

The intake workflow supports PDFs, supported image formats, spreadsheets, and text-based files. The information extracted depends on the document’s content and quality; your team can review and correct records.

Does AI replace the review process?

AI performs the first pass of document review, flagging missing information, potential errors, and expired credentials. Your team checks flagged issues and makes the final decisions. CredentialingHQ does not replace primary-source verification.

How do I access my workspace?

Use the Log in button to open the main application. Access is managed through your organization. If you don’t have access yet, contact your workspace administrator for an invitation.
